1. Booking & Cancellations

Appointments are by booking only.

We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations (within 24 hours) may incur a fee up to 50% of the service total.

No-shows may be charged in full.
2. Access & Location

We need safe, legal access to your vehicle and space to work around it.

If on private property, you confirm we’re allowed to be there.

Power or water access may be required unless pre-arranged.
3. Vehicle Condition

Prices are based on average condition.

Heavily soiled vehicles (e.g., pet hair, mold, biohazards) may incur extra charges or be rescheduled.

We may refuse service if the vehicle poses a health/safety risk.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not happy with our work, let us know within 24 hours.

We'll do our best to resolve the issue, including a touch-up if needed.
5. Liability
We are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage or defects.

Mechanical/electrical issues unrelated to our service.

Issues caused by aftermarket mods or previous poor repairs.
Please advise us of any concerns before work begins.
6. Weather Policy

We may reschedule due to unsafe weather conditions (rain, wind, cold).

We'll notify you ASAP and rebook at your convenience.
7. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion.

We accept cash, e-transfer, and credit card.

Fleet/recurring clients may request invoicing (pre-approved).
8. Promotions & Gift Cards

Discounts and gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

Offers must be applied at booking and cannot be added retroactively.
9. Fleet Clients

Custom pricing and service schedules available for fleets.
-
Requires a signed service agreement.

Vehicles must be accessible at scheduled times.
-
Invoicing terms set in advance.
10. Travel Surcharge

We serve Victoria and surrounding areas.
-
A travel fee may apply outside our main service zone (e.g., Sooke, Mill Bay, Sidney).

Fees are confirmed at booking.
